国际拍卖申请注册标准与规定

开设竞拍公司，理应具有以下标准：

　　（一）有1100万RMB以上的注册资金；

　　（二）有自身的名字、组织架构和规章；

　　（三）有确定的办公场地；

　　（四）有3名以上获得拍卖业从业资格证的工作人员，在其中+少有1名是拍卖师；并有与主要经营的业务紧密联系的领域从业资格证的职业或兼职人员；

　　（五）有合乎相关法律法规、行政规章及本方法要求的竞拍业务流程标准；

　　（六）合乎商务主管单位相关拍卖行业建设规划+。
